Shipping Policy
- Standard shipping is always free.
- To keep things simple, we only ship to mailing addresses in the United States.
All orders are usually processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Standard shipping generally takes an additional 4-7 days. You may choose to pay for a faster shipping method if you need it delivered faster than that.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shipping@estespark.shop with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
No refunds or exchanges
All of our items are made to order just for you. Because of this, we're unable to provide refunds or exchanges unless there's a manufacturing defect or the product is damaged during shipping.
In the event that your product(s) arrives damaged in any way, let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to support@estespark.shop. Please include your order number and one or more photos of the product's condition so we can arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no cost. Note: We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
