Refund policy
All of our items are made to order just for you. Because of this, we're unable to provide refunds or exchanges unless there's a manufacturing defect or the product is damaged during shipping.
In the event that your product(s) arrives damaged in any way, let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to info@estespark.shop. Please include your order number and one or more photos of the product's condition so we can arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you at no cost.
Note: We address returns on a case-by-case basis, but we'll try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
